Adaptive CrossFitTraditional CrossFit class but all the exercises are adapted to each athletes ability!
45 minutes each class Warm up, Strength work, Technical/functional work and ending in a MetCon (metabolic condition/ cardio) Each workout will be scaled to that athlete’s ability. Designed for Ages 13 and Up! Parents are encouraged to join in. All classes will have a certified fitness coach 1:5 coach to student ratio. Classes schedule as follows: Friday 5:00 pm Donation is $5 per Session |
Sunday Funday
Sunday at 4 pm CrossFit Showdown. The session is based on game style workouts and metabolic conditioning (cardio) with the goal of having fun while working out. Class is 45 minutes in length and is perfect for those just getting started or don't have time regular workouts! Class is $5 per class. Come Join us for fun and fitness! First Class is Free! Sunday Funday |

1 ON 1 FITNESS TRAINING
We certainly understand that it's not always easy to be in a noisy and distracting environment with our athletes.
It might also take someone a few One on One sessions
to get used to things.
Maybe the gym environment isn't the best place for the athlete.
Our goal is always to provide opportunities to train -
that's why we offer 1 on 1 training session.
Session can be held at one of our "affiliate" gyms, or we come to you at home.

Community Based Instruction Physical Skills in the Workplace Our class provides a combination of fitness and physical skills for the workplace. Learning and improving physical skills individuals need to be able to perform in the workplace. Such as climbing a ladder or lifting objects as well as working on coordination and agility. |
